Version in effect from the game's launch date.

The company MJBD, SAS with a capital of €5,000, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Paris under number Paris B 982341968, whose registered office is located at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 in Paris, (hereinafter "the Organizer") is organizing a competition for promotional purposes, entitled "Try to win a trip to Bali" (hereinafter "the Game").

The game is subject to these rules (hereinafter "the Rules"), available for the duration of the operation on the Organizer's website and on written request (by email or postal mail).

1. The game is open to any adult individual.
2. Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Rules. Any incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant entry will be disqualified.
3. The game is strictly personal. Each participant can only play with their own details (one account, one identity).
4. The participant must be able to provide proof of identity (identity document) and address in case of winning, at the request of the Organizer.
5. The game is a prize draw with a purchase requirement. Participation is only valid if the participant buys at least one candle from those included in the promotion. Each candle purchased represents a chance to win.
6. The sale or distribution of winning tickets by anyone is strictly prohibited.
   

The game starts on October 9, 2025, and ends automatically as soon as the winning ticket is found in one of the candles (i.e., the game stops at that moment). The maximum planned end date, for informational purposes only, is December 31, 2025, but the game could end earlier if the winning ticket is found before that date.

1. The Organizer hides a single winning ticket in a single candle among those put on sale as part of the Game.
2. When a participant opens their candle, they may or may not discover the winning ticket.
3. If the ticket is discovered, the participant must contact the Organizer within 20 days from the date of receipt of the package, providing proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice, photo of the packaging with lot number, etc.) as well as proof of the winning ticket to the email address: contact@poudreeparis.com.
4. If the participant does not contact the Organizer within the given timeframe, the prize may be cancelled.
5. Once the winning ticket is validated, the game is closed and no further prizes can be awarded.

5.1 Lot Description

The winner will be awarded "A trip for 2 people to Bali" including:

• 9 nights' accommodation (in selected hotel(s)),
• Return flight tickets departing from Paris. Any travel to the airport will not be included (parking, tolls, transfers, and other means).

The trip must take place between March and April 2026 (single period, except in exceptional cases depending on availability).

5.2 What is not included

The following are not included in the grant:

• All additional costs (meals not included, drinks, room service, personal services, etc.),
• Supplementary travel insurance,
• Transfers from home to the airport,
• All personal expenses and activities.

5.3 Booking Conditions

• The winner must choose their travel dates within the indicated range (March to April 2026) according to availability.
• The prize is nominative and non-transferable to a third party.
• The prize cannot be contested, financially compensated, or exchanged for money.

1. The Organizer will proceed to validate the identity of the winner (identity document check, address).
2. Upon validation, the Organizer will contact the winner by email or telephone to arrange the details of the trip (choice of dates, details on the conditions).
3. The actual booking will be made through a designated travel partner. Therefore, all arrangements related to the organization and bookings will be handled directly with the travel partner.
4. Failure to comply with the conditions may result in the prize being cancelled without compensation.

1. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for services offered by third-party providers (carriers, hotels, etc.).
2. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any delay, cancellation or change due to airlines, weather conditions, authorities or any act beyond its control.
3. The participant is responsible for obtaining the necessary documents (passport, visa, vaccinations, etc.).
4. The Organizer is not responsible in case of theft, loss or damage to the winning ticket before it is handed over and validated.
5. In the event of cancellation of the operation due to force majeure, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate it or modify its terms and conditions, without this giving rise to any compensation.

1. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of participants at any time by requesting supporting documents (identity document, purchase invoice, etc.).
2. Any fraudulent participation (identity fraud, multiple purchase, manipulation of the game) will result in the permanent exclusion of the participant and the cancellation of any potential winnings.
3. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the Game if fraud or malfunctions are detected.
4. The participant agrees not to attempt to modify the conditions of the Game.

1. The data collected during participation (name, surname, address, email, telephone) is used exclusively for the management of the Game (notification of winners, delivery of prize, contacts).
2. The data is processed in accordance with French regulations and the GDPR.
3. The winner authorizes the Organizer to use their name and photograph for promotional purposes (within a limit of 12 months after the closing of the Game).
4. The participant has the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability, which he can exercise with the Organizer or via the designated DPO.
5. The information collected will be kept for a specified period (e.g. until delivery of the prize + 3 years) and then deleted or anonymized.

1. Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Rules.
2. If any clause of the Regulations is declared invalid, the others remain fully applicable.
3. The Rules will be filed free of charge with a bailiff (or other means of filing) before the start of the Game, and the full text can be obtained upon request.
4. The Rules are available for consultation throughout the duration of the Game on the Organizer's website and can be sent free of charge to anyone who requests them.
5. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction where the Organizer's registered office is located.
6. The game is subject to French law.

L'Organisatrice, responsable de traitement, collecte les données suivantes : nom, prénom, adresse e-mail, numéro de téléphone et photographie du justificatif d'achat pour les achats en point de vente physique, numéro, date et contenu de la commande pour les achats en ligne, ainsi que, pour les gagnants, la copie de la pièce d'identité et l'adresse postale.

Ces données sont traitées sur le fondement de l'exécution du Règlement accepté par le participant, aux seules fins suivantes : enregistrer et vérifier les participations, procéder au tirage au sort, contacter les gagnants, remettre les dotations et lutter contre la fraude. Elles sont destinées aux seuls services de l'Organisatrice en charge du Jeu et, le cas échéant, au commissaire de justice, aux prestataires de voyage et aux transporteurs, dans la stricte limite de ce qui est nécessaire.

Les données collectées pour le Jeu ne sont pas utilisées à des fins de prospection commerciale. Le participant qui souhaite recevoir les communications de Poudrée Paris peut s'y inscrire séparément, ce choix restant sans incidence sur sa participation ou ses chances de gagner.

Les données des participants non gagnants sont supprimées au plus tard 6 mois après la clôture du Jeu. Les données des gagnants sont conservées jusqu'à la remise complète des dotations, puis pendant la durée de prescription légale applicable. Les copies de pièces d'identité sont supprimées dès la vérification effectuée.

Conformément au Règlement général sur la protection des données (RGPD) et à la loi Informatique et Libertés, chaque participant dispose d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement, de limitation, d'opposition et de portabilité de ses données. Ces droits s'exercent par e-mail à contact@poudreeparis.com. Le participant qui demande l'effacement de ses données avant le tirage au sort renonce à sa participation. Il peut également introduire une réclamation auprès de la CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

L'Organisatrice peut communiquer publiquement sur le déroulement du Jeu et le nombre de gagnants. Toute utilisation du nom, de l'image ou du témoignage d'un gagnant à des fins promotionnelles fera l'objet d'une autorisation écrite distincte et préalable. La participation au Jeu n'emporte aucune autorisation de ce type.

En cas de force majeure, de fraude, de problème technique ou de tout événement indépendant de sa volonté, l'Organisatrice se réserve le droit de modifier, prolonger, écourter, suspendre ou annuler le Jeu, sans que sa responsabilité puisse être engagée. Toute modification substantielle fera l'objet d'un avenant au Règlement, publié sur le site poudreeparis.com.

Le Règlement est consultable gratuitement pendant toute la durée du Jeu sur le site poudreeparis.com. Il peut également être adressé gratuitement à toute personne qui en fait la demande par e-mail à contact@poudreeparis.com.

La participation au Jeu implique l'acceptation pleine et entière du Règlement. Si l'une de ses dispositions était déclarée nulle ou inapplicable, les autres dispositions conserveraient leur plein effet.

Le Règlement est soumis au droit français. Toute réclamation relative au Jeu doit être adressée par e-mail à contact@poudreeparis.com au plus tard 2 mois après la clôture du Jeu.

En cas de litige, les parties rechercheront une solution amiable. À défaut d'accord, le litige sera porté devant les juridictions compétentes selon les règles de droit commun.
