Return policy

1. RETURN PERIOD

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the product:
  • Must be new and unused
  • Must be in its original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories
  • Must be free of any damage or scratches
No returns will be accepted for:
  • Custom-made, modified, personalized or refurbished items at the customer's request
  • Consumables, spare parts already used or opened

3 - REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

4 - DELAYED OR MISSING REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

5 - EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items that were originally faulty or damaged.

If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at contact@poudreeparis.com and send your item to: 356 route de chavanne, Poisy, Haute Savoie, 74330, France.

6 - GIFTS

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will therefore know that you returned their gift.

7 - SHIPPING

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 356 route de chavanne, Poisy, Haute Savoie, 74330, France.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
