Return Policy

1. RETURN PERIOD

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, the product must:
  • Must be new and unused
  • Must be in its original packaging, intact, with all accessories included.
  • Must not show any signs of damage or scratches.
No returns will be accepted for:
  • Custom-made, modified, personalized, or reconditioned items at the customer's request
  • Consumables, spare parts that have already been used or opened

3 - REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.

4 - DELAYED OR MISSING REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for your refund to appear officially.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund appears.

5 - EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged.

If you need to replace your item with the same item, please email us at àcontact@poudreeparis.com and send your item to: 356 route de chavanne, Poisy, Haute Savoie, 74330, France.

6 - GIFTS

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave you the gift had it shipped to themselves with the intention of giving it to you later, we will send the refund to them, and they will know that you have returned their gift.

7 - SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail it to the following address: 356 route de chavanne, Poisy, Haute Savoie, 74330, France.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs when returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
