These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are intended to define the terms and conditions of sale between SAS MJBD (hereinafter referred to as "Poudrée Paris") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") placing an order on the poudreeparis.com website.

Any order placed on the poudreeparis.com website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Poudrée Paris reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

The products offered for sale are those listed on the poudreeparis.com website. Each product is accompanied by a description provided by Poudrée Paris. The photographs of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the product offered.
Any promotion including free products is subject to availability. Poudrée Paris reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion in the event of stock shortages.

Product prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). Poudrée Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.

The Customer may place an order on the poudreeparis.com website by following the online ordering process. Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been accepted. Poudrée Paris reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment for a previous order.

Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method accepted by the website. The order amount is debited when the order is confirmed.

Products are delivered to the delivery address specified when placing the order. Poudrée Paris undertakes to ship products within the time frame specified when the order is confirmed. The delivery times indicated are average times and correspond to processing and delivery times. Delivery is generally made within 24/48 hours after shipment. However, an order preparation time of up to 48 hours may apply before shipment. These times are in business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their reasons or pay any penalties. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) to the following address: 356 route de Chavanne, bâtiment l’opale lot 10, 74330 Poisy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Products sold by Poudrée Paris are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Poudrée Paris cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from misuse of the purchased product. Poudrée Paris cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, including service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

All elements of the poudreeparis.com website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Poudrée Paris. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site.

Poudrée Paris undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information provided by the Customer. The information collected is subject to computer processing for the purpose of order management. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning him/her.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the competent court will be that of the place where Poudrée Paris has its registered office.
