These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the terms and conditions of sale between SAS MJBD (hereinafter referred to as "Poudrée Paris") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") who places an order on the website poudreeparis.com.

By placing an order on the website poudreeparis.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without reservation. Poudrée Paris reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Terms and Conditions valid at the time of ordering apply.

The products offered are those listed on the website poudreeparis.com. Each product is accompanied by a description created by Poudrée Paris. The product photos are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee a 100% match with the actual product.
All promotions, including free products, are subject to availability. Poudrée Paris reserves the right to change or cancel promotions in the event of product shortages.

Product prices are quoted in euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT). Poudrée Paris reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, billing will be based on the prices valid at the time of order confirmation.

Customers can place orders via the poudreeparis.com website in accordance with the online ordering process. All orders will only be confirmed once payment has been received. Poudrée Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders from customers with whom there is a payment dispute from a previous order.

The products will be delivered to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. Poudrée Paris strives to ship the products within the time frame specified in the order confirmation. The delivery times specified are average values and include processing and shipping. Delivery usually takes place within 24–48 hours after shipment. However, there may be a processing time of up to 48 hours before shipment. These times are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

According to applicable law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving reasons and without incurring any fees. The goods must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) to the following address: 356 route de Chavanne, bâtiment l'opale lot 10, 74330 Poisy, France. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

The products sold by Poudrée Paris are subject to the statutory warranty and guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity of the product, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Poudrée Paris is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product. Poudrée Paris accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience or damage associated with the use of the Internet, including service interruptions, external interference, or computer viruses.

All elements of the poudreeparis.com website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Poudrée Paris. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or otherwise use any elements of the website, even partially, in any way whatsoever.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement will first be sought before legal action is taken. If this is not successful, the court at the registered office of Poudrée Paris shall have jurisdiction.
